Our company is committed to the QUALITY production of labels for bottled products, both in sheet-fed and roll-fed formats.
Would you like to order smaller quantities and multiple label variants? We can do it with digital production. You can choose from a wide range of substrates, from standard label paper to textured creative substrates.
During production, we take into account where the bottles will be used – for example, whether they will be stored in a refrigerator – as this is an important factor in substrate selection.
For roll-fed production, we require the labelling machine parameters and roll specifications; our team will request these already at the quotation stage.
Bottle labels always convey individuality and creativity, therefore we offer a wide range of finishing options, such as raised UV varnish, foil stamping, cold foiling, embossing and spot UV varnish.
Custom sizes can generally be ordered.
We distinguish between front, back and neck labels.
The labels can be straight-cut or custom die-cut to shape.
When selecting the substrate, several factors need to be taken into account:
how the labels will be applied to the bottle (manual or machine application)
whether an adhesive or non-adhesive (label paper) substrate is required
under what conditions the bottles will be stored.
The range of substrates is very wide, from standard label papers to textured creative papers, with various patterns and shades available.
Finishing options depend on the production process.
For labels supplied in sheets, spot UV varnish, foil stamping and embossing are also available. For foil stamping, you can choose from a range of foil colours and shades.
For labels supplied on rolls, the production technology allows the use of raised spot UV varnish, spot UV varnish, cold foiling and embossing.
