Perfect bound publications are typically books or catalogues with a higher page count. Binding options include softcover PUR perfect binding or hardcover thread-sewn binding.
Shape
Standard sizes are typically A5, B5 and A4.
Of course, we can also produce publications in custom sizes.
Substrate
For softcover books, the cover is produced on 300–350 g coated paper, while for hardcover books the cover is laminated onto binder’s board.
The inside pages can range from 115 to 150 gsm.
Lamination (matt or gloss) is always applied to the cover.
Printing and Finishing
As an additional option for the cover, we recommend spot UV varnish, UV hybrid varnish or silver foil stamping.
If you would like a special feature on the front of a hardcover book, we can also apply a flip-effect lenticular element to a selected area of the cover.
