Lenticular (sheet)

Our lenticular product, also known as lenticular sheet, is very popular – after all, who does not remember the “winking wallet”?

As lenticular is a 0.4 mm plastic substrate, we recommend it for the following applications:

cards, postcards, rulers

applied to the front cover of magazines or books (not suitable for full cover application) applied to the front side of leaflets, invitations and promotional materials

indoor posters (A4 and A3 sizes)

wobblers (die-cut)

Please note that this product is manufactured using offset technology; therefore, it is not available in very low quantities.

With lenticular, a maximum of 3 images can be displayed.

The image effect can be either animation or a 3D effect.

As small text may become distorted on lenticular sheets, we recommend their use primarily for visual elements. Textual information can be printed on the reverse side – on a paper laminate backing – in one-colour or 4-colour (CMYK) printing.

If you would like to receive samples of this product, please contact our sales team; we will be happy to provide them.

Shape

Custom sizes are available.

It is important to note that lenticular sheet cannot be folded or bent; it can only be cut or die-cut to shape.

Substrate

Lenticular is a 0.4 mm thick plastic sheet with longitudinal ridges, which enable multiple images to be displayed.

A paper laminate backing is typically applied to the reverse side, on which any textual (or visual) information can be printed.

Printing and Finishing

As the lenticular sheet is 0.4 mm thick, it cannot be folded or bent; it can only be cut or die-cut to shape.

Varnish or lamination can be applied to the backing on the reverse side if you are planning more durable use for the product.
