We offer several types of boxes to our customers, depending on the packaging function required for the product. In terms of closure type, we distinguish between self-locking and glued boxes.
Shape
Custom sizing is available, with several closure options. Our team will help you select the box type best suited to your product.
The maximum flat die-cut box size we can produce is 700 × 500 mm.
Substrate
It can also be produced on heavier carton board (250–400 gsm), as well as on various textured creative boards.
If water resistance is important, it can also be produced from PVC or PP plastic substrate. Both clear and white plastic substrates are available (in material thicknesses of 0.2–0.5 mm).
Printing and Finishing
For paper boxes, matt or gloss lamination and various varnishes are available; for highlighting graphic elements, spot UV varnish or hybrid varnish can also be applied.
The boxes can also be foil stamped with gold, silver or other coloured foils, and embossing is also available for highlighting.
